Agreement to Terms

By accessing Comms With AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the site.

Use of Templates and Resources

Licence

All templates, prompts, and workflows on Comms With AI are provided free for your use. You may:

  • Copy and customise templates for personal or commercial use
  • Adapt prompts and workflows for your organisation
  • Share links to templates (rather than redistributing the content directly)

Attribution

While not required, attribution to Comms With AI is appreciated when sharing templates publicly.

No Redistribution

You may not republish, resell, or redistribute Comms With AI content as your own product or service.

Licences for redistribution, white-labelling or train-the-trainers delivery are available by agreement. If that is what you want to do, see Partner with Comms With AI.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Templates often include AI prompts and examples. All AI-generated content requires human review before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs for your specific context.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with your organisation's policies
  • Verifying factual claims and legal compliance
  • Adapting content to your specific context

Accounts

You can use the library without an account. An account, opened with a one-time email link or with Google, gives you daily allowances on Plan and Message Test and lets you save Foundations profiles. The sign-in link goes to your email, so keep that account secure. An account is for one person. We may suspend or close an account used to abuse the tools, for example through automated sign-ups or attempts to get round the daily allowances. You can ask us to close your account at any time; the privacy policy explains how.

Plan, Message Test and Foundations

Plan and Message Test produce AI-generated output, and the disclaimer above applies to it in full. Do not put personal data or confidential material into either tool; using AI safely sets out what to leave out.

What you save in a Foundations profile remains yours. You give us permission to store it, and to send it with the Plan and Message Test requests you apply it to, only so that we can provide those tools. Save only material you are entitled to share with a supplier; if the profile is for a client, that includes having the client's agreement. You can edit, export or delete a profile at any time.

Membership and payment

Member is a monthly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page when you join. It is billed in advance through Stripe and renews each month until you cancel. Founding members keep their discount for as long as their membership continues without a break. Pro is arranged by agreement with Michael MacLennan, on the terms confirmed when it is set up.

You can cancel at any time from your account, under Manage subscription. Your membership then runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. We do not refund part-months, except where the law requires it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unlimited Plan builds and Message Tests are subject to fair use: a daily ceiling keeps the tools running well for everyone, and we may get in touch if an account looks automated or shared. If the price of membership changes, we will email existing members at least 30 days before the new price applies to them.

Consult, Deploy, Manage and Training

These services are agreed separately. A Consult is booked and paid for through cal.com; Deploy, Manage and Training are scoped and confirmed with you before work starts. The terms of that booking or confirmation apply to the work alongside these.

Intellectual Property

The Comms With AI site design, branding, and original content are owned by Faur Ltd. Templates and frameworks are provided for your use as described above.

Tools Directory

The tools directory is a curated recommendation list. We are not affiliated with listed tools unless explicitly stated. Tool descriptions and pricing may change. Always verify current pricing and features with the tool provider.

Limitation of Liability

Comms With AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in templates or guidance
  • Outcomes from using templates or following workflows
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • Changes to recommended tools or services

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

No Professional Advice

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. If a change materially affects members, we will email them before it applies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
