PageProof does the same job as Ziflow and prices it the other way round: one flat fee for the whole team, with unlimited reviewers, proofs and storage on every plan. Reviewers annotate against a version, workflows route automatically, and checklists guide people who are not sure what they are being asked to approve. PageProof Intelligence adds automated checks on top: surfacing key issues before a review starts, catching problems before a proof is created, and running agents that check work against rules you write yourself. Unlike the main alternative, that layer is included rather than sold separately.

Enterprise on application (1,000 PI credits, unlimited templates, digital signing, private comments, full audit and compliance export, SCIM, nominated data residency). Annual billing is discounted. Note a contradiction on that page: the plan summary cards present PreProof as a Team Plus feature and PI Agents as Enterprise, while the comparison table below ticks both for all three tiers. Confirm with the vendor before relying on PI Agents at Team level. There is no free tier, only a trial.

When to choose this
Choose PageProof when lots of people need to review and few need to own the work, or when you want AI-assisted checking without an enterprise contract. The flat rate is the whole argument: adding a reviewer costs nothing.
Who should look elsewhere
If you want to try approval software before committing budget, there is no free tier here and Ziflow's free-forever plan is the better way to test the habit. If your team is small and stable, three or four people who both own and approve the work, the flat rate is paying for headroom you will not use. And if you need proofing inside a wider project management system you already pay for, check whether Asana, monday.com or your DAM already includes approval routing before adding another subscription.
