The free tier is a real product rather than a trial, which makes it an unusually low-risk way for a small team to stop approving work over email.

When to choose this
Choose Ziflow when you want approvals off email and out of inboxes, and the free tier is enough to prove the habit before anyone signs a purchase order. Do not choose it for the AI: that sits behind an Enterprise contract.
Who should look elsewhere
If the AI review assistant is the reason you are looking, PageProof includes its equivalent on every paid plan and Ziflow does not, so start there. If your reviewer list is long and your licence holders few, the per-seat structure will cost more than PageProof's flat rate. And if approvals are the only thing you need and your team is two people, the free tier may be all you ever require - do not let a sales conversation talk you up a tier you cannot fill.
